WRC Rubber Cutter
German technology for cutting fabric plied, solid woven conveyor belt and sheet rubber of any A-Shore Duro, from 35Duro to 70Duro and up to 50mm thick.
- Safety: This robust cutting unit employs a safety shroud which can be actuated from the left hand side of the power unit by your right thumb, eliminating any interaction by the operator with the cutting blade. This unit also further enhances safety by eliminating the use of hand knives.
- Accuracy: To further improve cutting accuracy and precision this unit also comes with a guide at the base of the safety shroud and a laser pointer mounted on the top of the unit making straight cutting safe and simple.
- Fabric Plied Conveyor Belt: Cutting down the width of your average plied belt in any conveyor belt service center has to be done by hand which is time consuming, and costly as you require large slitting machines. The WAGENER WCR can cut down conveyor belt to desired belt widths accurately, making it a safe and cost effective alternative for any conveyor belt service center.
- Solid Woven Conveyor Belt: Cutting finger splices in a solid woven belt in extreme mining applications has never been easier, the WCR can cut out fingers for long life and high integrity splices with extreme accuracy and speed by using the guide built into the shroud and the laser guiding device. Cutting straight vertical fingers is the key to a strong finger splice
- Sheet Rubber: This unit can be used to cut up sheet and strip lagging, including rubber sheet for rubber lining applications both in house and on site.
