WAGENER AUS STD SPLICE WATCH Vulcanizer Control Box with Ground Fault monitoring complete with diode and resistor flexibility and pressure pump functionality.
The integrated SPLICE WATCH controller and software has data logging capabilities allowing you to record the vulcanizing temperature, operating pressure, ambient temperature, humidity, date and time.
- Compliant to relevant Australian Standards. AS3007 for use in surface mine and quarries. AS4871 for use in underground non-hazardous coal mining operations.
- Pressure pump power receptacle inside control box.
- Diode or Resistor switching capability. This feature allows flexibility in use with all AUS STD compliant platens.
- SPLICE WATCH data logging capability recording: Platen temperature, Vulcanizer pressure, Ambient temperature, Humidity, Date and time
- LCD display for heating temperature and vulcanizing curing time.
- Earth Leakage / Ground Fault monitoring system.
