EMU C-CLAMP
The EMU C-Clamp spot repair press is specifically engineered for fixing minor tears and punctures. With its lightweight construction, it can be easily transported by hand to the repair site for quick assembly and repair work. This ease of mobility and operation ensures a rapid vulcanization cycle, reducing conveyor downtime to a minimum.
- For spot repairs with a heating system in sandwich construction (silicon heating element) and pressure bag system.
- For spot repairs on rubber conveyor belts
- For overhang of 800 mm, 1.000 mm and 1.200 mm suitable for belt widths of 1600mm, 2000mm, and 2400mm.
- Particularly easy to transport due to the low weight of the single parts
- Simple assembly without the need of any tools
- Uniform pressure distribution by means of the pressure bag
- Adjustable temperature to max. 175° C
