Conveyor Belt Vulcanizer Heating Platen Lifters (CBVHPL) are specialized tools used in conveyor belt maintenance and repair, specifically in the vulcanization process.  CBVHPL’s play a crucial role in this process and offer several benefits.

WAGENER Vulcanizers CBVHPL’s provide a qualified, Workload Limited (WLL), safe way to handle heavy, hot platens, reducing the risk of burns or injury to maintenance personnel or damage to plant and equipment.

Cost Savings.
WAGENER Vulcanizers CBVHPL’s, when used on site, can produce hidden cost savings. By increasing the size of the plate, this reduces the number of platens and control boxes required as the platens can be lifted with CBVPL's, and an overhead crane, in place of manual handling which requires smaller lighter heating platens.
